2. Community Rules (Section B)

• Be respectful and responsible in groups, forums, and messages

• No hate speech, spam, or impersonation

• Moderators may warn or ban users

• Private messages must not be misused

3. Uploads & Licensing (Section C)

• Content partners grant Fast Media licensing rights

• Client-uploaded DAM/HUB content remains private and unlicensed

• Future opt-in submission to the marketplace will require consent

• No unlawful, unlicensed, or offensive uploads allowed

4. Buying & Licensing Content (Section D)

• Licenses are granted per use case and purchase

• Editorial = no commercial use

• Attribution required if stated

• No resale, ML training, or republishing

• Refunds possible within 14 days (if unused)

5. DAM & Team Access (Section E)

• Clients manage their own team, folders, and uploads

• Fast Media does not access or repurpose uploads

• We offer limited storage (e.g. 100MB per user)

• Exports and deletion are your responsibility

6. Disclaimers (Section F)

• No warranties — platform provided “as is”

• We’re not liable for user content or outages

• You agree to indemnify us for misuse

7. Copyright & Legal (Section G)

• Copyright holders can submit takedown requests

• We comply with EU copyright and the Digital Services Act

• AI-generated content must be used appropriately

• Repeat infringers will be banned
